Paladin Envirotech is a Tampa, Florida-headquartered global IT asset disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling company, a portfolio company of SER Capital Partners, with US operations in Minnesota and Florida, and a European platform established through the 2026 acquisition of R&L Recycling B.V. in the Netherlands. The company’s service portfolio covers secure data destruction, IT asset disposition, asset value recovery, global logistics, e-waste recycling, and a metallurgical lab — and in October 2025, launched REcapture, a joint venture with Critical Materials Recycling (CMR) specifically targeting rare earth magnet supply chain aggregation and scaled processing at its Williston, South Carolina facility. REcapture is designed to bridge the gap between end-of-life product streams containing NdFeB magnets and the rare earth recycling technology companies that need consistent, well-characterized feedstock, making Paladin Envirotech a strategically important node in the emerging US domestic rare earth recycling ecosystem.
