Danco Precision is one of the longest-standing motor lamination manufacturers in the United States, entering its eighth decade of producing high-quality custom stamped laminations, electric motor cores, and stacked assemblies from its facility in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania since 1949. The company produces laminations and cores across an exceptionally broad size range — from 0.250 inches to 48 inches in diameter and from a few ounces to hundreds of pounds — serving automotive, aerospace, military, space exploration, and commercial markets including programs as demanding as the F-18 Super Hornet and the Hubble Space Telescope. Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D, and registered as an ITAR manufacturer, Danco has kept pace with aerospace demand through its in-house annealing department and materials test lab, where core loss, permeability, and mechanical properties of cobalt-iron and other high-performance alloys are verified before use.
