Windings acquired the business of U.S. based Pacific Magnetics and their Mexican based affiliate Baja Border on January 16th, 2024, providing Windings additional opportunities for growth and innovation.

NEW ULM, Minnesota – WINDINGS INC is a leading global manufacturer of precision engineered motors and motor components and has been a provider of electromagnetic motor solutions for over 50 years.

Historically, Windings focus has been on custom electric motor components, electromagnetic design, prototyping, and low volume production of hand-crafted electromagnetic solutions. The acquisition of the business of San Diego based company Pacific Magnetics, and its Mexican based maquiladora affiliate Baja Border, enables Windings Inc to strengthen their business to drive further growth, enhance its supply chain and propel innovation.
